Revocer Capacity Ltd operates the Resolve No Shows brand and is the data controller for information collected through this website. For enquiries about your information or your rights, contact info@resolvenoshows.com.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, organisation or healthcare service, email address and any message you choose to provide. Calculator enquiries also include your entered figures and assumptions and the calculated estimate. We use these details to consider and respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting correspondence. Please do not include patient names or medical information.
The calculator works in your browser. Your figures are sent only when you submit an enquiry with your estimate. You choose whether to contact us; the marked required fields are needed to process the form. You may also contact us directly by email. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interests: responding to people who contact our business about its services and protecting the enquiry channel against misuse. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.
Service providers and international processing
We use Amazon Web Services for website delivery, enquiry processing and email delivery, and OVHcloud for our receiving email service. The enquiry service and Amazon SES are configured in Northern Virginia, United States. Website delivery uses CloudFront's global network, so processing is not confined to the European Economic Area.
AWS provides data-processing terms incorporating standard contractual clauses for relevant international transfers. Details of the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy may be requested at info@resolvenoshows.com.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 12 months after the last substantive exchange, then delete it unless a documented legal obligation or specific dispute requires a restricted exception. A separate customer relationship may require its own retention rules. Deletion covers working mailbox copies, synchronised copies and archives; backup copies expire under the applicable provider backup process.
The form service does not write enquiry contents to application logs. Platform logs are configured for 14-day retention. Submission protection uses pseudonymous counters derived from network addresses and separate service-wide sending counters; expiry is short-lived, with sending counters retained for up to two days before background deletion. Counter deletion is not immediate at the expiry time. Provider technical metadata follows the applicable provider terms.
Security and your rights
We use input validation, submission limits and server-side email delivery to protect the enquiry channel. Email-health monitoring uses delivery statistics rather than enquiry contents. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or browser storage for your form details.
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@resolvenoshows.com; we may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Irish Data Protection Commission where applicable.
We do not use this enquiry service to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. The calculator provides an illustrative estimate from the figures entered.
